Shiloh Modern

A Modern Custom Home in Asheville, NC

Shiloh Modern is a custom home in Asheville, NC, designed and built by Scroggs Construction Services through our streamlined design-build process. From the first concept sketch to the final walkthrough, our in-house design and construction teams worked together under one roof to bring this modern mountain home to life — keeping the project on schedule, on budget, and true to the homeowners’ vision.

As a trusted custom home builder serving Asheville and the wider Western North Carolina region, we pair thoughtful, contemporary design with genuine craftsmanship. Every custom home in Asheville that we build is tailored to how our clients actually live, with careful attention to natural light, flow, energy efficiency, and the beautiful mountain setting that makes this area so special.

This project reflects our belief that a well-built custom home should be as functional as it is beautiful. Working with an experienced local builder means fewer surprises, clearer communication at every step, and a finished home built to last for generations.
